Merced County Fair Announces 2024 Grandstand Line-Up

MERCED, CALIFORNIA, May 16, 2024…The Merced County Fair is thrilled to announce its action-packed line-up for the 2024 Grandstand Entertainment presented by Table Mountain Casino Resort, Coors Light, Save Mart and O’Reilly Auto Parts. Admission into the Grandstand is $5; children 5 years or younger can enter the Grandstand for free with a paid adult ticket. Fair admission must be purchased to attend the Grandstand shows. NEW this year, Fairgoers have the opportunity to save on their Grandstand entertainment by purchasing a “Buy One, Get One Free” Grandstand Event ticket at Merced or Atwater O’Reilly Auto Parts stores until June 4th

The 2024 Merced County Fair presented by Valley Children’s Healthcare will take place June 5-9. Tickets are on sale now on the Fair’s website, or at the Merced County Fair’s Office Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Plus, learn even more ways to save on your trip to the Fair at www.mercedcountyfair.com/discounts.

“In a matter of weeks, the Grandstand will be filled with nightly action-packed shows at the 2024 Merced County Fair,” said Teresa Burrola, CEO of the Merced County Fair. “With the fantastic new offer of the ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ Grandstand event tickets available at O’Reilly Auto Parts stores, we anticipate a packed house each night!”

All Grandstand shows begin at 7 p.m., except on Sunday for the jaripeo which will begin at 6:30 p.m.

If you’ve ever wondered what a tractor can do, the Valley Tractor Pullers’ Tractor Pull is here to show you! Join us for the excitement on Friday, June 7 to witness their Tractor Pull haul everything from 4,000 to 12,000 lb. sleds – using heavy duty pick-up trucks, classic tractors and their new Modern Sled.

Destruction Derby

Prepare for an evening of car-crunching action as Destruction Derby takes over the Grandstands on Saturday, June 8! If you enjoy seeing things get demolished, then you won’t want to miss these drivers crash their vehicle into one another! The last driver whose vehicle is still running – WINS!

Gran Cierre de Ferria con Jaripeo Tremendo

Closing out the Grandstand is Jaripeo Tremendo with bull riding, dancing horses, banda music and more! Show starts at 6:30 p.m.

The Merced County Fair, first founded in 1891, represents the 35th District Agricultural Association.
