On January 13, 2024, a hit-and-run collision occurred at Crows Landing Road and Ehrlich Road in Modesto. The crash involved a Chevrolet Silverado, whose driver was under the influence of alcohol, and a Harley Davidson motorcycle. The collision, resulting from the Silverado driver’s failure to yield the right of way, led to fatal injuries for the motorcyclist. The Silverado driver was arrested for DUI.
