Edward M. Gomes (“Eddie”) passed away on August 5, 2025.
He was born on May 18, 1941, to Fred and Carmella Gomes in Los Banos, California.
He attended schools in Los Banos and was a member of the Class of 1959. Eddie was a Vietnam Veteran and received a Purple Heart for his service.
Eddie and his wife, Thelma, were both retired and living in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Funeral services will be held on October 20 at 2:00 p.m. at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nella, California.
He will be deeply missed.
