Los Banos, CA (January 19, 2026) — Arch Dental Assistant School is planning to open a new campus in Los Banos this spring, expanding access to accelerated dental training in California’s Central Valley. The program aims to offer students hands-on experience combined with online instruction to prepare them for entry-level work in dental offices.
The Los Banos campus will be located at 600 West I Street, Suite B. The school’s curriculum includes a 10-week hybrid course that blends live online instruction with in-person training and clinical experience. Students work in real dental practice settings as part of the training model.
Arch Dental Assistant School operates in partnership with local dental practices, including Momani DDS, Inc. (also known as Suave Dental). According to public program overviews, this partnership is intended to give students direct experience working in a dental care environment.
The program is run under the broader Zollege Healthcare Career School network, a national education provider that offers accelerated dental and medical assistant programs. Zollege was founded in 2010 and emphasizes short-term training designed to reduce the time and cost typically associated with traditional higher education. Accelerated training programs may appeal to individuals seeking a quicker transition into healthcare roles, especially amid ongoing economic uncertainty.
The school’s materials state that the goal is to equip students with skills to pass relevant certification exams and to begin dental assisting work soon after completion. However, participating in the training does not guarantee employment, and requirements for certification or licensing vary by state and employer.
Dental assisting is one of several support roles within the oral healthcare field. According to federal labor data, employment of dental assistants nationally has shown growth in recent years, reflecting broader demand for dental services and clinical support positions.
