2025 Dairy Princess from Los Banos to Pass Crown in 2026 Contest

Los Banos, CA (February 9, 2026) — The current District 4 Dairy Princess has local ties as organizers begin accepting applications for the 2026 contest. Karley Rocha of Los Banos was selected as the 2025 District 4 Dairy Princess and will pass the title to the next winner later this year.

District 4 includes Merced and Stanislaus counties along with several other counties across Northern and Central California. The selected princess and an alternate serve for one year as public representatives for the dairy industry, attending community events, fairs, schools, and industry gatherings.

Applications for the 2026 District 4 Dairy Princess contest are due April 3, with the competition scheduled for June in Turlock.

Contestants must be 17 years old by Sept. 1, 2026 and no older than 20 at the time of the contest, and must have a qualifying connection to the dairy industry through family, employment, or participation in dairy-related 4-H or FFA activities.

The California Dairy Princess Program has operated since 1958 and is supported by dairy producers through the California Milk Advisory Board.
