LOS BANOS, CA: – Local restaurant JAMS@209 Sports Bar and Grill will be hosting a visit from America’s Best Restaurants (ABR) in mid-October 2024.
America’s Best Restaurants, a national media and marketing company focusing on bringing attention to local, independently-owned restaurants, will bring its ABR Roadshow to the restaurant on October 14. Popular dishes will be highlighted, along with an extensive on-camera interview with owner David Sousa about the restaurant’s special place in the community. The episode will be aired extensively on social media channels at a later date.
JAMS@209 Sports Bar and Grill offers 360 degrees of television viewing; not just sporting events but also several screens dedicated to music videos of different eras. They serve 20 beers on tap, have a tequila bar, and an extensive selection of casual fare to suit every taste.
Popular menu items that may be featured on the episode include the signature JAMS Carnitas Stuffed Jalapenos – six fresh jalapenos stuffed with carnitas meat, cheeses and wrapped in bacon; the Voodoo Burger, a Cajun-style burger with bacon, pepper jack cheese, battered jalapeno coins and house made ‘voodoo sauce’; and the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pizza, topped with fresh chicken, topped with parmesan cheese, bacon, green onion, tomatoes and cilantro.

America’s Best Restaurants will be filming on location at the Los Banos location on Monday, October 14 from 1 pm to 4 pm (PST). The press is invited to attend.
